MILLET PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Cup - Soaked Millet

  • 1/2 Cup - Cooked Millet

  • 1/2 Cup - Grated Coconut

  • 1 Tbsp - Palm Jaggery

  • A Pinch of Baking Powder

  • A Pinch of salt

  • Honey

  • Walnuts

DIRECTIONS
  1. Blend together all ingredients except the Baking Powder until smooth.

  2. Set the batter aside for an hour.

  3. Mix with a pinch of baking powder.

  4. It should be whisked and then spread on the pan.

  5. Add the butter

  6. Serve it hot with your preferred toppings.
