MILLET CHILLA


INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 Cup Soaked Moongdal

  • 1 Cup Millet (Soaked for 6-8 Hrs)

  • 1 tbsp Curd

  • 1 tbsp besan

  • 1/2 tsp ajwain

  • 1/2 tsp coriander seeds

  • 1/2 tsp fennel

  • 1/2 cup of veggies of your choice

  • Chillies, Coriander, Basil, Ginger Garlic Paste

  • Oil/Ghee

  • Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS
  1. Grind dal, Millet, Curd, Besan to a fine-textured paste

  2. Simply add the rest of the ingredients

  3. Spread the batter on the pan

  4. Drizzle Oil/Ghee

  5. Cook evenly on both the sides

  6. Enjoy!
